At Eyeconique Brows, we take pride in delivering high-quality permanent makeup services with care, precision, and professionalism. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking.

No Refunds on Services

Due to the custom, semi-permanent nature of permanent makeup services, all services are final sale and non-refundable. This includes:

 

 

  • Initial procedures (e.g., powder, combo, or nano brows)

  • Touch-up appointments

  • Missed or no-show appointments

  • Any results that do not meet personal expectations (see below)

Results Disclaimer

Healed results vary from person to person and depend on several factors including skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and health conditions. While we strive for beautiful, natural-looking results, we cannot guarantee outcomes. Additional sessions may be required to achieve desired results and are the responsibility of the client.

Deposits

  • All booking deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your service.

  • Deposits may be transferred once if rescheduling is done with at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a forfeited deposit.

Product Sales

All product sales (including aftercare items or brow care kits) are final sale and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety protocols.

Client Satisfaction

If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know during your appointment so adjustments can be made. We are happy to address concerns within 7 days of your service, but no refunds will be issued.

Policy Acknowledgement

By booking with Eyeconique Brows, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.
